@Video85Man The new Canister Design have a Removable cap that allow easy access to performe cells cleaning and repairs.

Note: The Canister Shown in this video is just a Prototype.

to bad you cant take the lid off and clean the plates…. would of been a nice cell

I am always curious to know how everyone has solved the freezing problem.

the fan draw 0.68amps and cool the plates directly, the plates are the source of the heat not the electrolyte. i rather to go directly to the source than cool the electrolyte to cool the plates. and it saves power because it uses less power. so there you have it, more efficient cooling for less power and fixtures.

The pump just draw 2.5 amps, fairly nothing! With the use of the pump we assure no over heating of the HHO Generator.

The cooling system works in a real simple way. The HHO Generator with out cooling system will over heat creating other serious problems. The cooling system have two important components which are; the pump and the heat exchanger. The pump circulate the water solition through the cooling system creating a regular cycle keeping the water in a normal operational temp for HHO Generators.

I still can’t see how it loops from the cell to the cooler. and I watched it and rewatched it. Very interesting concept though. I am also wondering how that water & electrolite is doing inside that aluminum radiator. I guess that because there is no electricity in the radiator then there is no problem, right?

How does the cooling system work???

"I got my unit 2 weeks ago and had it installed the same day. I have not had to fill up my tank yet, so i'm happy to say it is working.... I'm at least getting 30% better gas mileage!"
